SCI’s Help Desk enables our customers to easily and efficiently initiate service requests. For service requests during normal business hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST) please use the following:

To better serve you, please provide the following information when requesting service:

  • Name of Company
  • Contact Name
  • Telephone Number
  • Site where service is to be performed
  • Full Address
  • Description of the Problem or System Change
  • Requested Response Time
  • Any related Reference or Purchase Order Numbers

SCI provides flexible troubleshooting and repair services at your request with a response time to meet the demands of your business.

Non-emergency repairs that are initiated during normal business hours generally have a 48-hour response time.

Move, Add or Change (MAC) requests generally serviced within five (5) business days from the time in which the request was received.
