SCI provides flexible troubleshooting and repair services at your request with a response time to meet the demands of your business.
- Non-emergency repairs that are initiated during normal business hours generally have a 48-hour response time.
- Move, Add or Change (MAC) requests generally serviced within five (5) business days from the time in which the request was received.
